      14.6 Return and refund

      14.6.1 Consumable products

        We want you to be satisfied with your online product purchases on our Website. For any returns for reimbursement purposes, Medfuture only accepts products that are intact, in their original packaging and with the original seal intact, unless said product is defective.         With the exception of the items and services indicated in paragraph 14.6.2, if you wish to return or exchange an item it may be possible to do so within 30 days of purchase.
