Medfuture's notice on cookies

1. Introduction

Capitalized terms and expressions not otherwise defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in Article 2.

MEDFUTURE CLINIC INC. (" Medfuture ", " we or "we", "us" or "our our ") wishes to treat the Personal Information it collects in a lawful and transparent manner.

Medfuture has drawn up this notice concerning Cookies (cookies) (l'" Notice ") to describe our use of Cookies and the Personal Information we collect and store when you visit our website https://medfuture.ca/ (the " Website "), our online service platform (the " Platform ) and our mobile application from which you can access the Platform (the "Application"). " Person concerned "or " you "means any identified or identifiable individual about whom Medfuture collects Personal Information through the Service.

" Personal information " means any information about an identified or identifiable individual, but does not include information that is not considered Personal Information under the applicable Privacy Laws. Also, for greater certainty, an "identifiable natural person" is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

    Among the features of Google Analytics Advertising Featureswe have implemented the following features:

    Remarketing with Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to create audiences of visitors to our Website and share them with our advertising accounts to serve them relevant ads based on the actions they took during their previous visits as part of our campaigns on the Google Search and Display Networks.

    Reporting on impressions on the Google Display Network: to measure the correlation between non-click ad impressions, user behaviour on our website and conversions.

    Google Analytics demographic and interest reports: in order to: i) determine the breakdown of our Website audience by age, gender and interests, ii) improve the targeting of our advertising spend, iii) create segments for our reports, and iv) to create remarketing lists.
