3- NO PRESCRIPTION NECESSARY;
4- RESULTS IN 24H SENT BY THE MOBILE APPLICATION. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY TEXT MESSAGE AS SOON AS YOUR RESULTS ARE AVAILABLE.
*If the RT-PCR result is positive, we will email you your result as soon as possible and a nurse will contact you later the same day to complete the public health declaration.
Medfuture is not responsible for samples with undetermined results or results that do not meet laboratory standards. In the event that your analysis does not meet the laboratory's standards, a re-test will be offered at no charge.
5- NO INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED OTHER THAN THE PURCHASE CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE BY EMAIL.

6- THE COVID-19 CERTIFICATE/PASSPORT WE PROVIDE IS FILLED OUT WITH THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. THIS INFORMATION MUST CORRESPOND IN ALL POINTS TO THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN YOUR PASSPORT. ANY DISCREPANCIES COULD LEAD TO A REFUSAL OF ACCESS TO YOUR FLIGHT OR ENTRY TO THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.
