Drug testing through urinalysis is a way to check whether a person who does not necessarily have symptoms of intoxication or a substance use disorder is using drugs.

What the Urine Drug Screening Profile includes :
- 15-30 minute telemedicine consultation with a health professional
- Requisition form for the following analyses*:
- Amphetamine
- Benzodiazepine / Benzodiazepine
- Cannabis
- Cocaine
- Opiates / Opioids
- Phencyclidine / PCP
- Barbiturate / Barbituric
- Ethanol / Ethanol
- Methadone / Methadone (results in 5 working days)
- Propoxyphene (results in 5 working days)
- Collection of the urine sample at your home.
- Analysis performed in a private laboratory.
- Follow-up of your results and sending of official reports.
Note: the delay for receiving the complete results is 1-5 working days.
Your results will be available via the Medfuture mobile application. You will be notified by text message as soon as your results are available there.
Please note that the date and time of the appointment to be chosen are for the telemedicine consultation with a health professional. A member of our team will contact you to schedule your home samples.

The prescription of the requisition form may vary depending on your health condition. Our health professional may add or remove tests depending on your situation. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Our consultations and check-ups are only offered to people who are in Quebec at the time of the telemedicine consultation. If our health professional prescribes more tests than those already included in the check-up, you have the choice of performing these additional tests with our private laboratories or within the Quebec public health system.
You will receive the official receipt for your insurance claim by email, following the nurse's In-home visit.
