What the Man Profile includes :
- 15-30 minute telemedicine consultation with a health professional
- Requisition form for the following analyses*:
- Complete Blood Count
- Ferritin

- Blood glucose (fasting 8h)

- In-Home blood sample collection

Required: You must fast 8 hours
Note: the delay for receiving the complete results is 1-2 working days. The delay for receiving the stool analysis result is 24 hours after receipt at the laboratory. You return the kit to us by post.
Your results will be available via the Medfuture mobile application. You will be notified by text message as soon as your results are available there.

The prescription of the requisition form may vary depending on your health condition. Our health professional may add or remove tests depending on your situation. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Our consultations and check-ups are only offered to people who are in Quebec at the time of the telemedicine consultation. If our health professional prescribes more tests than those already included in the check-up, you have the choice of performing these additional tests with our private laboratories or within the Quebec public health system.
You will receive the official receipt for your insurance claim by email, following the nurse's In-home visit.
