What the Lyme Disease Profile includes :
- 15-30 minute telemedicine consultation with a health professional
- Laboratory request forhe following analyses* :
- Lyme IgG
- Lyme IgM
- Immunoblot Lyme IgG (analyzed in California, results in 6 business days)
- Immunoblot Lyme IgM (analyzed in California, results in 6 business days)
- In-Home blood sample collection
- Blood analysis in a private laboratory (to verify that your area is served, click here)
- Transmission of your results
Note: the deadline for receiving the complete results is 7 working days.
Your results will be available via the Medfuture mobile application. You will be notified by text message as soon as your results are available there.
Please note that the appointment date and time to be selected is for the telemedicine consultation with a health care professional. A member of our team will contact you in order to schedule your at-home samples.
Exclusion:
- In the event of abnormal results, management and evaluation of treatment options are not included. This consultation is offered with our partner clinic. Consultations with the physician are $200 and medical follow-ups may be required. This clinic, located in Blainville, also offers the possibility of doing this consultation via telemedicine.

The prescription of the lab request may vary depending on your condition. Our health care professional may add or remove tests depending on your situation. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.
Our consultations and check-ups are only offered to people who are in Quebec at the time of the telemedicine consultation. If our health professional prescribes more tests than those already included in the check-up, you have the choice of performing these additional tests with our private laboratories or within the Quebec public health system.
You will receive the official receipt for your insurance claim by email, following the nurse's In-home visit.
