What the Thyroid Profile includes :
- 15-30 minute telemedicine consultation with a health professional
- Requisition form for the following analyses*:
- Complete Blood Count
- TSH (T4 and T3 if necessary)
- Electrolytes (Na, K, Cl)
- Ionized Calcium
- Magnesium
- Iron profile (serum iron, % saturation, UIBC, TIBC)
- In-Home blood sample collection
- Blood analysis done in a private laboratory
- Telephone follow-up of your results with one of our health professionals
Note: the delay for receiving the complete results is 1-2 working days.
Your results will be available via the Medfuture mobile application. You will be notified by text message as soon as your results are available there.

If our health professional prescribes more tests than those already included in the check-up, you have the choice of performing these additional tests with our private laboratories or within the Quebec public health system.
You will receive the official receipt for your insurance claim by email, following the nurse's In-home visit.
