Medfuture Notice on Cookies
1. Introduction
Terms and expressions beginning with a capital letter and which are not otherwise defined have the meaning assigned to them in Article 2.
MEDFUTURE CLINIC INC. (“ Medfuture ”, “ we ” or “ us ”) wishes to process the Personal Information it collects in a lawful and transparent manner.

P-39.1 and other similar provincial laws, as well as the regulations, interpretation bulletins, opinions and decisions of the bodies responsible for their execution relating thereto.
“ Person concerned ” or “ you ” means any identified or identifiable individual about whom Medfuture collects Personal Information through the Service.
“ Personal Information ” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, but excludes information that is not considered Personal Information under the Privacy Protection Laws applicable to the situation in question. Among the functionalities of Google Analytics Advertising Features , we have implemented the following functionalities:
Remarketing with Google Analytics: to create audiences of visitors to our Website and share them with our advertising accounts and offer them, as part of our campaigns on the Google Search and Display Networks, relevant ads focused on the actions you they made during their previous visits.

Changes to the Notice. Privacy Laws are constantly evolving and, therefore, this Notice may be subject to change from time to time by Medfuture, in its sole discretion. When we make changes to it, we will publish on this page for a certain period the changes that have been made in order to bring to your attention these new changes as well as a notice on the home page of the Website, the Platform or of the Application to the effect that this Notice is subject to a modification. When these modifications are substantial or require your consent, we will also notify you by email, if we have your email address.
