Cancel an order

Returns and Refunds

Taxes

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein (without regard to conflict of laws principles). The parties irrevocably submit all disputes arising from or relating to this agreement to the Quebec courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne.
